Cave Coopérative Les Vignerons de Montblanc is a cooperative based in the Languedoc region of southern France, serving hundreds of local growers in the Côtes de Thongue and surrounding zones. Established to pool resources and vineyard expertise, the team focuses on approachable, region-driven wines that deliver value and regional character from Mediterranean-coastal terroirs. This 100% Merlot is a bright ruby-red in the glass with flashes of purple. On the nose: ripe plum, black cherry and a hint of dark chocolate are balanced over a backdrop of warm spice. The palate is smooth and well-balanced, offering juicy dark fruit, subtle graphite-like tannins and a dry finish with a touch of Mediterranean garrigue herb.
